Reviews policy

This policy explains how reviews of Acttuary are collected and published. They are collected and published on the independent review platform Trustpilot. We do not publish reviews on this site. Contact: hello@acttuary.com.

Genuine reviews only

We do not write, buy or commission fake reviews. A review of Acttuary should come from someone who has genuinely used an Acttuary product or service.

How we collect reviews

We invite every customer to review us after a purchase or a session has been delivered. The invitation uses the same neutral wording for everybody: we do not choose who is asked, we do not ask only the people we expect to be happy, and we never suggest what a review should say or what rating it should carry.

No incentives

We do not offer payment, discounts, refunds, free access, upgrades or anything else in exchange for writing a review, for changing one or for removing one.

We do not remove or hide reviews

Trustpilot publishes reviews under its own rules, and we do not remove, hide, delay or reorder any of them. We can report a review to Trustpilot under those rules, for example where it is not based on a genuine experience or contains someone’s personal information, and the decision is theirs rather than ours. We never report a review because it is critical of us.

People connected to Acttuary

Founders, family, friends, anyone who works with us and anyone we have given free or discounted access to do not review Acttuary as customers, on Trustpilot or anywhere else.

If we ever quote one of those people in our own marketing, we say who they are and how they are connected to us in the same place as the quote, and we do not present it as a customer review.

How we respond to reviews

We read every review and reply to as many as we can, including the critical ones. A reply is a reply, not a request to change or delete anything.

Reporting a concern

If you think a review of Acttuary is fake, incentivised, or written by somebody connected to us, email hello@acttuary.com with the details. We will look into it, and we will report anything we cannot stand behind to Trustpilot. If you believe we have broken any part of this policy, tell us at the same address.
