Reviews policy

This policy explains how Acttuary collects and publishes customer reviews and testimonials. We only present feedback as a customer review where it reflects a genuine customer’s experience. Customer reviews are published at our reviews page. Contact: hello@acttuary.com.

Genuine reviews only

We do not create, buy or publish fake customer reviews. A review published as a customer review must come from someone who has genuinely used the relevant Acttuary product or service.

How we collect reviews

We invite customers to leave feedback after their purchase or service has been delivered. Review invitations are neutral and are not conditional on leaving a positive rating.

We do not offer payment, discounts or other benefits in exchange for a positive review or for changing or removing a review.

Incentivised reviews

We do not currently incentivise reviews. If we ever publish feedback from someone who received free or discounted access in return for participating in research or testing, that relationship will be disclosed clearly wherever the testimonial appears.

Connected people

Feedback from founders, team members, close personal connections or people who received free beta access is not presented as an ordinary customer review.

If we publish that feedback as a testimonial, we clearly disclose the relationship or the fact that access was provided free.

Evidence and permission

We publish a testimonial only where the person has given us written permission, and we retain that permission along with their contact details. Where a testimonial mentions an outcome, such as an offer, a role or a salary, we hold documentary evidence for it before it goes on the site, and we will not imply that any individual result is typical.

Negative reviews

We do not remove or suppress a review because it is critical of Acttuary. Reviews may still be moderated where necessary for reasons unrelated to sentiment, such as unlawful content, personal information, spam or a review that is not based on a genuine experience.

Editing

We do not change the meaning of customer feedback. Where we quote part of a longer review elsewhere on the site, the extract must fairly represent the original.

Reporting a review

If you think a review on this site is fake, incentivised without disclosure, or otherwise misleading, email hello@acttuary.com with the details. We will investigate, and we will remove anything we cannot stand behind. If a review was left about you or your business unfairly, tell us and we will look into it.
