What to know: A two-year rotational programme with placements across underwriting and pricing. Hastings runs late in the cycle: its own page says the 2027 schemes will not start recruiting until December 2026 or January 2027, so this is a useful second-season target if the autumn round goes badly. Hybrid from Bexhill or Leicester, with most days from home. Early careers programmes start each September.
