What to know: Brightwell runs the 37 billion pound BT Pension Scheme, one of the UK's largest, and its Pensions Academy is a nine to twelve month blended training route to a Pensions Administrator role in Chesterfield, open to people with no pensions experience. A pensions administration entry route rather than an actuarial scheme.
