What to know
The UK's largest mutual life, pensions and investment company. Read 9 September 2026: its own job board carries the Graduate - Enterprise Leadership Programme in Alderley Edge, London and Edinburgh, starting September 2027 at £33,000, three placements across the group, apply for one location only. That programme is general, not actuarial: the word actuarial appears nowhere in its advert. What names actuarial is the early careers hub, which says “Our exact requirements change each year, but these are some of the early careers' pathways we can offer:” and lists “Finance, risk, audit and actuarial” among them, and Royal London also says it hires entry-level roles all year round. So the live route is the general graduate programme, with actuarial work among the places it can lead, and Graduate Actuarial Trainee was the actuarial entry title in recent cycles.
