What to know: Antares' own careers page offers rising professionals and graduates from diverse backgrounds a place in its business functions in the London office, and says a graduate joining the Antares Graduate Programme is enrolled in an 18-month development plan of day-to-day responsibilities and projects. The page never uses the word actuarial. The only Antares sentence that puts graduates in an actuarial team is its own news item of 8 February 2023 announcing the programme, which said graduates have the opportunity to join its Underwriting, Risk, Legal, Human Resources and Finance and Actuarial teams in London, so treat the actuarial route as the employer's own words from the 2022-23 cycle rather than a current claim. No dates are published, and the Workday board the careers page links as current opportunities carried twelve live London roles on 8 September 2026, none of them graduate, internship, school-leaver or apprenticeship. Antares publishes no internship, placement year or apprenticeship page.
