- What to know
- Two years at a Lloyd's managing agent; graduates are promoted to Assistant Pricing Actuary on completion. A first or 2:1 in any numerical degree, or A-level Maths at grade A or above. Beazley restructured this part of its site before 26 August 2026: the actuarial scheme's own page now redirects to Beazley's 404 page. The UK programmes page that replaced it was read again on 27 August 2026 and never uses the word actuarial anywhere on it. What it says instead is that you are joining either as a graduate or as an apprentice, that the UK programmes are based in London and Birmingham, that a graduate starts on 33,000 pounds and an apprentice on 25,000 pounds, and that the process runs application, online behavioural, numerical and verbal assessments, assessment centre, offer. It names no discipline, no opening and no closing date, so read it for the disciplines this cycle actually runs in; the scheme above is what Beazley published for the last one. Beazley's vacancy site, careers.beazley.com, builds its list in the browser, so it cannot be read automatically either.
