Mercer is being folded into Marsh: its own careers page says “Mercer is becoming Marsh” and the group's careers site now files its consulting arm under People and investments, whose page describes reshaping retirement and investment outcomes but publishes no graduate content at all. Read 9 September 2026: no Mercer or Marsh McLennan page names a Mercer actuarial graduate programme, an actuarial route or a UK office for one. What the UK and Ireland early careers page linked here does state is a two-year graduate programme starting in September, non-rotational, with study leave for exams, whose eligibility is “Graduated with 2:1 in the last 3 years and permanent right to work in the UK”, and an eight-week summer internship commencing in early July whose 2026 opportunities are closed. Treat this as the group's front door rather than a named actuarial scheme, and read the job search before you count on an actuarial seat.
